This is very sage advice Jimmy. You are right, the relationship aspect is important. People are often replying to my emails.

This tends to happen more with broadcasts. With some lists I don’t have any pre-loaded emails at all and with some, only pre-loaded. You have to judge each niche separately I think and also analyse how much you can “give” of yourself to each one.
