Get Traffic, Sign-Ups & Sales

Being unemployed in any economy sucks and I’ve been there so I’m not talking out of my ass.  It’s dreadful, but it’s something many of us experience and will go through in our lifetime.  Guess what?  Unemployment can actually be a great thing because now you have no excuse for not starting a home based business.

I know there are obstacles, such as money and time but determination and effort can usually offset those.  What do you have to lose?  Nothing really.  I’m not saying stop looking for a job if that is what you want to do but consider your skills and talents to be huge assets.

If you expose those skills and talents to people across the world it will put you in a position to earn more money than you can ever make at a 9 to 5 job.  Becoming your own boss gives you the freedom to work your own hours, schedule vacation whenever you want, and the opportunity to spend more time with family.

You could actually turn your hobby into a business.  Turning your passion into cash could make a huge difference in your life.  I’ve seen people using the Internet make money off the oddest niches, but there is a market for almost everything so I applaud their ingenuity.

If you love to write or have the gift to write you can turn that into an empire.  Authors, bloggers, copywriters can earn a mint and using the Internet makes it cost effective and easier to earn a living doing it on your terms.

Use social platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter to get ideas for niches you may be able to provide your expertise to.  Find out what is hot and create your own information product or service to fill the void people are searching for.

Are you an event planner?  Take that skill and provide your services to plan events for entrepreneurs who don’t have the skill or a large budget to plan one themselves.

Are you an administrative assistant? Take that skill and provide virtual administrative help for small business owners who don’t have the time or a big budget to employ one.

There are just thousands of ways to take what you know and turn into a home based business.  If you are unemployed obviously there is no shortage of time, so you can do a little research and there is an abundance of information to help you along (just don’t fall into the unrealistic hype) and you may well find a way to become your own boss.

Why not join a successful company that already provides everything you need to start earning money from home?  Research companies as if you would a job.  Don’t just join an opportunity because of the money you can earn.  Make sure you can stand by their product & services and of course invest in that product or service because you can’t promote something you don’t use.

What is it that I do?

I have short-term and long-term goals.  In the long-term I will be creating multiple membership sites.  Right now, my sole focus is becoming a top leader at TrafficWave. For less than 18 bucks a month I have a system that helps me generate leads, build lists and make sales.  I keep it simple and I minimize most of the other crap.
